Shushore is a privately owned vacation home offered for short-term residential stays by invitation and request. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Reservations are confirmed only after availability has been approved and payment has been received.
The total cost of the stay will be provided before payment is requested. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Guests are responsible for reviewing the dates, price, and applicable booking terms before submitting payment.
Guests agree to use the property responsibly and for residential purposes only. Guests are responsible for themselves, members of their party, and invited visitors during their stay.
Guests agree to follow any house rules or occupancy requirements provided before or during their stay and are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Booking Policy disclosed prior to payment.
Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the property owner is not responsible for loss of or damage to guests’ personal property.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
